1. Earning Points

• You earn points each time you complete a survey offered through Pivoteopinion or our verified partner companies.
• The number of points for each survey depends on the length, topic, and target group.
• All surveys clearly display the reward amount before you begin.
• Points are credited to your Pivoteopinion account within a few minutes after successful completion and validation.

2. Point Conversion System

Pivoteopinion uses a universal points-to-currency system for easy understanding and global comparison.

3. Currency and Payout Conversion

Pivoteopinion operates globally, so rewards are automatically adjusted to your local currency. The USD value is used only for internal calculation and consistency — the actual payout will reflect the correct converted value.

4. Minimum Payout Threshold

• The minimum payout threshold is 500 points (equivalent to 5 USD).
• Some partner panels may have different thresholds depending on their reward structure.
• The minimum payout requirement will always be visible in your Pivoteopinion dashboard.

5. Available Reward Options

6. Reward Processing Time

Rewards are usually processed within 7–10 business days after redemption. Some partners may process faster depending on their internal systems. You will receive an email confirmation once your reward has been released.

7. Reward Validation

Points are awarded only after Pivoteopinion or its partners verify the survey submission for quality and completion. Incomplete, invalid, or duplicate entries will not be rewarded.

8. Points Expiry

• Points remain valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.
• Inactive accounts for 12 months may lose unused points.
• A reminder email will be sent before any expiry.

9. Deductions and Adjustments

Pivoteopinion reserves the right to adjust or remove points in case of:

• Invalid or fraudulent survey activity.
• Partner company retraction due to data errors.
• Technical issues resulting in incorrect crediting.

10. Reward Transparency

Pivoteopinion does not charge withdrawal or redemption fees. The USD conversion rate is for internal reference only. Any future change in payout policy will be updated here and shared via email.

11. Taxes and Legal Compliance

Users are responsible for declaring their rewards as per their local tax regulations. Pivoteopinion will not deduct or withhold any taxes unless required by applicable law.
